Please read the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENT: Full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. I will not be able to proceed with the order without payment and the date will be opened up for other orders. Payments can be made through Paypal, Venmo or Zelle.

INSPIRATION: Inspiration pictures are great for capturing colors and various design elements. However, please note that I do not completely replicate another baker's designs. I will keep it similar but not 100% the same.

COLORS: Icing colors may vary. I'll do my best to match the colors as close as I can, but colors can vary based on many reasons because of the handcrafted nature of the product. Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos, fabric, invitations, etc.

PICK UP : Pick up address will be provided on the invoice. Pick up day and time will be agreed upon when ordering your cookies. Should something arise that prevents you from picking up at the agreed time, please let me know so other arrangements can be made. Please arrive no later than 15 min of the agreed upon time.

DAMAGE AFTER PICKUP: Once you have possession of your order, I no longer hold any responsibility for it. When transporting cookies, please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. You are responsible for providing an appropriate environment for your order. Optimal room temperature is 75 degrees F or below. Decorated cookies are delicate and it is important to handle them with care. I am not responsible for any broken or damaged cookies once they leave our premises.

CANCELLATIONS: Custom cookie orders are non-refundable, although payment may be transferred to a future order if at least 14 days notice is given before the originally scheduled pickup date. Customer is responsible for all cancellation fees imposed by PayPal.

REFUNDS : Due to the unique nature of the product that is personally made for you, I am not able to provide refunds or replacements for custom orders. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored. I will do my best to meet exceptions but in the rare case if you are still not satisfied with your order, please return all unused items within 24 hours so we can check to see if a credit can be issued. Customer is responsible for all refund fees imposed by PayPal.
